Description

Asiago Crab Artichoke Dip is an easy appetizer recipe that you can make in under 30 minutes. Made with Artichoke Pesto, this dip is lemony, cheese & meaty. I love this kind of recipe because I just have to open a couple of jars, throw everything in a bowl, mix, bake, and serve. Delicious!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Artichoke Pesto
  • 1 cup grated asiago cheese
  • 1 cup grated fontina cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz crab meat in chunky pieces
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup creme fraiche
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 TeaSpoon Chile pepper paste
  • 1 TeaSpoon fresh parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Green onion - Optional for garnish


Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 380F.
  2. In a medium bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture in a baking dish and top with more cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Add some chopped tomatoes & green onion as a garnish.
