Description
Asiago Crab Artichoke Dip is an easy appetizer recipe that you can make in under 30 minutes. Made with Artichoke Pesto, this dip is lemony, cheese & meaty. I love this kind of recipe because I just have to open a couple of jars, throw everything in a bowl, mix, bake, and serve. Delicious!

- 1 cup Artichoke Pesto
- 1 cup grated asiago cheese
- 1 cup grated fontina cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz crab meat in chunky pieces
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup creme fraiche
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 TeaSpoon Chile pepper paste
- 1 TeaSpoon fresh parsley
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Green onion - Optional for garnish
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven at 380F.
- In a medium bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the mixture in a baking dish and top with more cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Add some chopped tomatoes & green onion as a garnish.
