Hello my friends. Are you a cocktail lover? How about you celebrate the season with one of the best make-your-own fruity cocktails? From frozen to tropical mixed cocktails, there's a drink for every occasion. Get ready to mix up a Grilled Pineapple Mojito cocktail and stun your friends with the serving.
This take on the signature mojito is perfect for every season but a favorite of summers. Quench your thirst and fall in love with this fruity and tangy mojito that combines a smoky flavor. As a popular summer cocktail, grilled pineapple mojito blends in fresher flavors. The barbecued pineapple adds an aromatic char-grilled flavor to your drink. High sugars and sturdy fibers in pineapple beats all the other fruits.
Why is pineapple the best fruit for a cocktail?
Pineapple cocktails are the fruitiest drink of all, and piña colada is undoubtedly the best-known one. But, if you have ever tried the grilled pineapple mojito, you'll immediately add it to your list of killer cocktails for summer. As one of the best fruits for cocktails, pineapple blends well with all spirits, especially rum. Pineapple adds the much-required sweetness to your tropical-themed cocktails. Pineapple is also the main non-alcoholic ingredient in our French Martini.
Prepare Grilled Pineapple Mojito, a refreshing summer drink
Cocktail lovers are always craving for new and refreshing experiences with their drinks. Whether you are a pineapple lover or not, you'll still love this drink for its flavor and versatility. If you are in a mood to experiment and try out something new, we highly recommend you indulge in this unique take on the timeless mojito recipe. This drink deliciously blends in grilled pineapple syrup along with pineapple chunks to create a mesmerizing flavor.
Steps to making your Grilled Pineapple Mojito:
#1. Before you get started with the drink preparation, it's imperative to prep up for the key ingredient - grilled pineapple syrup. Start by grilling the pineapple rings for a few minutes each side, preferably until caramelized and you get a good char, and then set it aside.
#2. Then, just as you would make a simple sugar syrup during your baking or mixology adventures, take a small saucepan, and add water and brown sugar. Heat it until it's dissolved well.
#3. Next, muddle away the grilled pineapple along with the syrup in the same saucepan. Cool it down, strain the syrup and store it away in the refrigerator inside a bottle with Silicone Stainless Pourer.

#4. Now to the real deal, preparing the drink. Follow this interesting mojito recipe to entice your guests. Start by muddling and smashing away lime juice, grilled pineapple chunks, and mint.
#5. To the mixture, add ice cubes, the pineapple syrup, and rum.
#6. Top it off with some club soda and garnish it with a pineapple leaf. If you are craving for a fruitier flavor, you could always add in pineapple juice.
Having some of the pineapple syrup around makes you extra prepared to whip up batches of grilled pineapple cocktail in a matter of minutes. This weekend call up your friends and host a (virtual) happy hour with this picture perfect fruity rum cocktail. The delightfully refreshing, tangy and concentrated drink is a rich cocktail that you must give a try. And, if you have any pineapple left over, don't Mango Piña Coladas sound like a great idea?

Great to hear Christian. Yes, a regular pinapple mojito will definitely be good, but when you get a chance, especially in the summer months, try the grilled pineapple one.
Cyndy

I love a mojito but have never had a pineapple one. Grilling the pineapple brings out incredible flavor so I can imagine this cocktail would need to be made for drinks all around. :)
Geoffrey @ Spoonabilities
Yes, you'll need to make extra because it won't stick around.
Erika
This sounds like an amazing mojito. I just bought a pineapple, now I know exactly what to make with it!

This is such a neat idea to grill the pineapples first to concentrate its flavor. And I love your presentation. Using the leaves from a pineapple is so pretty.
Geoffrey @ Spoonabilities
Thank you so much Anita. Thanks for mentioning the pineapple leaves. We like them.
