Description
Today we give you Peppers in Paradise Pineapple Jalapeno Ice Cream. Don’t be scared if you think it might be too spicy. We originally put in 1/3 cup of the jam and it was not enough. We added some more to make sure the flavor made a statement.

- 2 cups half & half
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup of Pineapples in Pepper Paradise Jam
- (optional) 3-4 teaspoons of fresh pineapple chopped small and juiced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the jam and fresh pineapple in a 4-cup measuring cup or bowl with a pour spout, and mix well until sugar is incorporated fully – about 2-3 minutes. Chill in refrigerator for several hours, ideally overnight, before churning.
- Start ice cream maker and pour in mixture. Churn for 20-25 minutes
- Spoon in the jam and fresh pineapple, and churn for another 10-15 minutes or until desired consistency.
- Put in plastic container, place plastic wrap on top, and freeze
