- 3-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups white whole wheat flour
- 2 Tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 cup baking powder
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix: In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 6 months.
- Use this mix to make Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

If you want to make a smaller batch than the 9 cups in the recipe card, here is a half-batch that make about 5 cups:
